On our last full day in Paris, we spent the morning at the Louvre museum and the afternoon enjoying the Luxembourg gardens and making macarons at a fun family class.

It’s always tricky to balance being close to transport, being inexpensive, and being safe. In Versailles, and near Disney, we stayed in hotels that were pretty basic while in Paris we splurged and used points for a more luxurious stay. All locations were easy walks to trains and perfect for our needs.
